1. Acceptance
By ordering, activating or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
- Includes installation, activation, Internet access, loaned equipment (e.g., ONT/router) and basic support.
- Advertised speeds are theoretical maxima; actual throughput varies due to technical factors (congestion, Wi‑Fi, user device, third‑party sites).
- We may perform scheduled and emergency maintenance for continuity and security.
3. Equipment & Ownership
- Equipment may be provided on a loan basis. You must take reasonable care and return it upon termination, or pay applicable non‑return/damage charges.
- In‑home cabling and non‑standard works may be quoted separately.
4. Installation & Access
- The customer declares authorization to install at the premises.
- Stable power and adequate space for equipment are required.
5. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful activities, spam, attacks, malware distribution, or rights infringement.
- Resale/redistribution requires prior written authorization.
- Reasonable network management may be applied (e.g., attack mitigation, abnormal traffic control) to protect service integrity.
6. Public IP, CGNAT & Ports
- Service may operate under CGNAT. Public IP assignment (static/dynamic) may require an additional plan/fee and acceptance of usage policies.
- Port opening depends on technical feasibility and security.
7. Support
- Support channels include phone, messaging, email and field visits when applicable.
- End‑user device support (PCs, printers, cameras, etc.) is excluded unless expressly agreed.
8. Fees, Billing & Payments
- Fees are listed in the service order or commercial annex.
- Billing is monthly. Late payments may trigger service suspension and reconnection fees.
- Plan changes or relocation may involve additional charges.
9. Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend/terminate for late payment, misuse, fraud or material breach of these Terms.
- You may cancel with reasonable notice and by settling outstanding amounts.
10. Liability
- Service is provided “as is” within reasonable standards. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability for causes beyond our control (force majeure, third parties, power failures, construction works, etc.).
- Our liability is limited to amounts actually paid for the affected period, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Personal Data
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms for legal, technical or operational reasons. The current version shows the update date.
